Itinerary Highlights

November 21, 2023 - November 26, 2023

Full itineary will be shared at reservation

EVENING NORTHERN LIGHTS

Watching the fantastic colours of the Northern Lights dance across the arctic sky is an unforgettable experience, and Iceland is one of the best places to see them! The northern lights are mostly observed on crisp, still evenings.  This tour takes your group away from the city lights to give you the best chance of witnessing this spectacular natural phenomenon.

Important:  This tour is subject to weather conditions. Northern lights are a natural phenomena and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

GOLDEN CIRCLE, FRIÐHEIMAR TOMATO & HORSE FARM

A visit to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the location of Iceland´s Parliament between the years 930 and 1798.  In the afternoon we visit a family-run greenhouse farm. Enjoy an introduction to geothermal greenhouse farming and the Icelandic horse.

After Fridheimar, we will stop at Geysir geothermal area. The Strokkur geyser shoots a column of water up to 30 meters (98 ft.) into the air every 4-8 minutes in a thrilling display of nature’s forces. At Geysir the group will have time for lunch. Lunch is on own today.

The visit continues with Gullfoss waterfall, created by the Hvita river, which tumbles and plunges into a crevice some 32 m (105 ft.) deep.

BLUE LAGOON

The Blue Lagoon is a unique wonder: a lake with pleasantly warm mineral-rich geothermal water in the middle of a black lava field. The high natural levels of silica and minerals give the Lagoon its rich blue color.

A visit to the Blue Lagoon is both invigorating and exciting, whether your group bathes there surrounded by snow in the middle of the winter or in the long summer daylight. Your group will relax there for approximately one and a half hours.

The facilities include modern changing rooms and showers, an indoor geothermal pool, a massage waterfall, sauna and steam bath, restaurant and other services.
